FAQ

Here are some notes that you can read to get answers to many of your questions.

1. Pro models are included in the price (if there is no such model, we can choose a similar one or model yours for an additional fee)
*Modeling cabinet furniture (kitchen, wardrobes) – included in the price;

2. 2 iterations of edits within the concept (usually 1 – from designer, 1 – from customer):
All other edits are paid separately according to the current T&M price list.
*Edits for each room must be sent as a whole and in one document;

3. Estimated rendering time – 10m² per 1 working day (depends on design complexity);

4. Payment in two stages: 50% advance payment, the remaining 50% upon completion of the final renderings;

5. Final images in 4K resolution (other formats are discussed upon request);

6. After the approval of the final renders – any editing will be done for an additional fee according to the current Time & Material price list.

Required:
1. Furniture layout plan (DWG, PLN);
2. Dimension plan (height of ceilings, windows, apertures, any visible structures, ledges, communications);
3. Rest drawings:
– floor plan with floor coverings;
– ceilings plan (indication of drops, cornices, niches);
– lightning plan (with sizing);
– electrical wiring plan (if needs to show in 3d);
4. Unfolded surfaces;
5. Moodboard, collage of inspiration (pre-agreed with the customer).

Preferred:
1. Links to models;
2. Photo and (or) video from the object.

Please, do not forget:
– Photo or view from the window (if it matters);
– Ceiling and floor material (if it’s paint, then RAL, NCS, PANTONE);
– Window jambs and window sills;
– Radiators and convectors;
– Skirting boards, moldings, cornices;
– Entrance and interior doors;
– Curtains;
– LED backlights;
– Sockets, switches and other electrical equipment visible on the visualization;
– Decoration (if there are specific requests);
– Your wishes regarding the format and size of renders.

Expedited project requests will be accepted on a per case basis and will be assessed based on the current availability and workflow our studio has at the moment of your inquiry.

We thought about it and came to the conclusion that we have the most loyal price that matches the quality of our 3d visualizations. But we won’t leave you without bonuses.
If you have a big project – you will get +1 extra closeup frame for each room as a gift.
